Tracking Darkmoon Cards
 

I am looking for an addon that can track Darkmoon Cards in a simple UI (How many do you have in the inventory/bank/guild bank, which cards from a deck are missing, etc).

Yes, I know, you can do this manually, just as anything any addon is doing for you. I prefer automation.
Yes, I know, there already exists DarkmoonDeckMaster, but it is severely outdated (July 2011).

Is there any other addon that incorporates this functionality?

I had some time to kill so I updated that addon. I don't have an assortment of cards or decks to really test everything but, in theory it should work.
