WoWInterface - Need help with Clique for healing.

Using Clique, is it possible for one mouse click on a person's name in the group bar to do 2 things? I want one click to target and cast a spell (instant cast). The way things are now I can target with one mouse button and cast a heal with the other but that uses up both mouse buttons.

I know I don't have to target to heal but when I try that and the player needs a bigger heal with a CD, I end up accidently healing myself because I have been clicking on someone's name and clicking a heal with mouse for many years with no addon and its stuck in my head that once I click them with mouse, they are targeted.
