Mod I saw on a video, timer/log, LF name?

Looks like a timer starts when you enter combat and has some other icons in it, probably someting to do with combat logging.

Can anybody tell me the name of this mod? It is in this video in the bottom left corner of the persons UI with a ticking counter.
