GetItemInfo() returns weird itemLink for Artifacts

CN servers hit 7.1 live today, and I find that GetItemInfo() is bugged for artifacts.

Say I have a prot warrior with the shield being the main artifact, and I use the macro below to print returned values

Code:

/run print(GetItemInfo(GetInventoryItemLink("player",GetInventorySlotInfo("SecondaryHandSlot"))))

And the newly return itemLink will show a much higher itemlevel than actual, which can be summerized as 750+n*(TOTAL RELIC LEVEL), and caps at 1300.
