Screen Flash?
 

I used to have a mod that would ding and the screen border would flash red when my health was low, similar to CoD:WaW... this was awesome as a tank, as it freed up attention to a few things and let me concentrate on my spatial awareness during boss fights and less on my health.

Anyone know what this mod was or if anyone makes something similar?

I know there is a mod that does that but can't recall what it's called.

X-Perl and Omen both provide screen flashes/warnings. MSBT can also give audio and visual alerts for low health/mana.

It would be awesome if I could get the heartbeat sound from the original Halo and combine that with the red border of CoD:WaW to create a stand-alone mod... god I need to read up on Lua.

wouldn't "Fullscreen effects" (see graphic options) do what you want? As far as I know the Screenborder become a red border when you are under 10% health

Second, are these both still working? No comments and I'm not by my main pc to try them out right now.

I just had to update after playing with these mods..
