"Clean UI," from 2.3 ... update for PVP healers!
 

I used to use an addon compilation that I got from Curse called "CleanUI" that was designed for a PVP healer. Since 2.4, most of the addons (especially simplecombattext, sct, and prat), are out of date and need to be re-installed and re-configured. uh...anyone know something similar? Enclosed is a tinypic of the ui in question

You could just update the addons in question. SCT and Prat are on this site. If, by simplecombattext you mean SimpleCombatLog, I think that mod has been discontinued.
