Playing around with Zorks test adaptation of Semlars ring code and it appears rotation:SetRotation() is broken in the beta.

helps show the difference. Rather than a smooth cooldown style reveal displayed in 6.4 you get a quadrent by quadrent block reveal that is similar to commenting out the SetRadians line in 6.4.

The values being past to SetRadians appear to be similar in 6.4 and 7.0.
