looking for this cd addon

Im looking for this addon(or well, similar addon) as it shows on this pic:

Ive seen it on some screenshots of UIs and so on but I cant find the pics anymore so I cant ask the poster :p

I do have glasses and cannot really make out what the cd's look like. From the screenshot you linked it could potentially be just spells on a hotbar.

I do see the still shot was grabbed from Youtube though. Would you mind linking the video it's from in case it may be clearer?

Now to answer the question. The CD tracker (and the entire UI) is a special UI used for Arena tournaments such as the ones put on by Blizzard and/or MLG. To the best of my knowledge, it's not downloadable by players as it's meant for a "spectator mode" (if you watch the video you will notice that the UI will focus on specific players, then move on to another player). It's not designed for any kind of combat use.

I dont look for the entire UI, I just looking for a similar addon as it shows.
And I know its for spectator mode and so on, im not stupid.

You has an attitude problem. :D None of those addons are available for download. Sure, there may be some LIKE it.. but... couldn't you look for them?

Regarding a similar looking CD AddOn, the only ones for tracking your CDs that looked that CD tracker was a development only version which has never been released nor was it updated for recent WoW patches (that I have been able to dig up).

For enemy CDs (aka enemy players), look at Afflicted. You can set it to display an icon and text timer only.
