ElvUI/BenikUI: is it possible to get the tooltip modification only?

Hi, I really like this effect

And I want only my tooltips to be modified because I don't want the other modifications.

I know it's from BenikUI. Is it possible to do?

u could try mess around with addon like TipTac and perhaps use texture db for extra pre-made textures
