Voice Overlay
 

Hi trying to find a addon that shows ingame whos talking in vent theres voice overlay but cant get it to work maybe because running Vista? no idea :(
is there something else out there newer that would work?

Vent has a built-in voice overlay feature. You could use that. :)

Though it looks like ****..
I would prefer a simple show/hide text-only display, that can be placed by x/y on the screen.

Something like Voice-Overlay (which is outdated and doesnt work)

Completely outdated but...

Works just fine with every games, at least with XP, haven't tested on Vista.

Edit: Oops didn't check that p3lim link was exactly the same, but it works for me.

Last time I tested it it didnt work

I use that same voice overlay program and have for about two years now and it works just fine in fact I just recently installed it on my sisters comp and she has vista nowadays and it works just fine on vista.
