ERROR: No AddOn List to Download From

Just installed mmoui minion and when it launched it never loaded the addons to download list. I've tried resetting the config file but it was no use. Any ideas? Is this error common?

I have never seen or herd of it. Seems like it may not be seeing your internet connection and or is firewalled, stopping it from downloading the list?

Seems like it was windows firewall stopping it. I didn't think about it as I usually disable the firewall... thanks though!
