ShardAce - setting Channel for Soulstone message
 

How do I set the channel for the Soulstone message?
I play with the German game version an we have /p for joining the group channel and /ra for joining the Raid channel.
Now if I enter: /sa setchannel soulstone /p or /sa setchannel soulstone /ra, I do not get a message when I soulstone someone, neighter in the group channel nor in the Raid channel.
What is the correct way to set the channel for the Soulstone message?

/sa setchannel soulstone party - will send the message to /ra if your in a raid, or /p if your in a party.

Problem: When I enter /sa report it tells me Soulstone message channel: [party] but when I soulstone someone I do not see a message.

hmmm... Which language do you play WoW in? Could be a translation issue.

As you allready tried /shardace report - I guess "Soulstone Message are: " reported [On] and not [Off] ? just to be sure...

Yes: Soulstone Messages are: [On]
Could it be cecause of: Global message channel:[Not set]?

Ah HA! problem spotted. Lines 88 and 89 in ShardAceLocals_deDE.lua havn't been translated yet. If you could translate those two lines and post them up here for me I'd appreciate it

I do not even have an idea how to open a .lua file.
But I you let me know the text of lines 88 + 89 in English I shall see to translate it into German.

You need to give Norque the exact text that a successful soulstone cast outputs into the combat log when buffing yourself, and others.
