Quest mapped wrong, not a Carbonite fault.
 

Just an FYI,

The quest Find Bingles is mapped wrong for the location that you need to go to to turn it in. Currently blizz has his turn in location at 63.5, 47.9. Since the shattering he has moved to the Farstrider Lodge in Loch Modan at location 81.6, 64.8. I read some of the comments left on wowhead and one person has reported this issue to Blizz already, so not sure if there is anything that you can do, but if you can, then here you go.
