Thanks ! But what now ? I downloaded the Al-Art and i've put it in the wow interface folder n all..unzip it ?
And i've tried to extract it and all that into the interface folder, but its still not unzipped...wtf?

Have you checked if the files are not in a subdirectory or a in directory above the interface directory?

Check the address bar! For example, you should have the following file (assuming you are using windows)
And not one of the following:If the achievement frame has the default looks of the game, you extracted in the wrong place.
