Quest Reward Notifier?
 

Does anyone know if there is an addon available, or have any ideas on how to create and addon that would bring show notification for a list of WQ rewards? For example, anytime the Tortollan Trader's Stock (I think that's what it's called) is available as a reward, show a notice. Having an icon to show the quest and location would be great as well, but if the notification is there at least I'd know to go look for it.
