BlizzCon - Who's Going?
 

How many folks from here are planning on attending? I just booked my plane tickets tonight. :)

I can see spending 14.95 or what ever it is a month. But i sure aint going to spend $1000+ for the week for them plus taking time off for work..

I'm going!

Cant wait to meet Cairenn in RL and any one else I know thats going. :)

wait dolby's going...hmm not sure if i wanna( :p )....but cairenn is going....well if i had the money i probably would. Been awhile since i have been to a big event with my geek brethren...Episode 3 party was last one.

I am so excited at being able to go. For all the years I've been working in the industry, for all the friends I've made, for all the communities I've helped build, this is the first time I'm actually going to have an opportunity to meet folks face to face. I can't wait. :)

I live very nearby, about 2 hours but the 120.00 ticket price put me off for the principal of it. I feel they make so much, that 75.00 would have been more appropriate, but I guess the expenses they are putting out is what caused the price to be so high.

I have to say though, its all a matter of how much you value your friends etc youve met as when I used to play Dragonrealms I paid 150.00 for a simucon ticket, and the airfair to Missouri and thought it was worth every dollar.

I havent forged those types of bonds yet in WOW :) Us Dragonrealmers were a bunch of MUD freaks hehe.

But for those going and feel its worth it, Have a great time!!!

I would have liked to go. It sounds like a riot.

sadly money is roughly 0.

I can't go because my parents won't let me.

Next year they won't be my guardians though (18! woohoo!) and I'll be able to go if I have the cash.
