Could someone recommend a UI and Addons to follow?

Vuhdo could be used to see when the HoT expires
 

I would recommend using Vuhdo

As it could be config to show the HoT expiration for druid's spells

I highly recommend ElvUI with Clique and Decursive. :D

i use MouseOver , so i guess i won't need "Clique"
actually i don't want to be annoying but i didn't like that ElvUI at all.. :D

Did you look at the Healer Specific UI category? No one but you knows exactly what you want. It's always best to look around and try out a few different ones until you find what you like based on looks and gameplay style.

That is ElvUI.. an old version.

ElvUI and Jasje, both based on TukUI (ElvUI has been completely rewritten now, so it's much better).

If you read the description of ElvUI, it's specifically for all classes. Has everything all classes need rolled up into one addon. YOu can customize ElvUI any way you desire and move things around on the screen any where you want them.

I'm going to be revamping a healer UI soon :D *smirk* So, watch out for it :P Errr revamping Svelte UI I mean.

^_^ Made for my druid originally, supports priests as well. Can be tweaked to work with other healing classes
