Hud look
 

Scott, I love what you have done with the ui so far.
The hud looks nice as well, but it seems to put things in the middle of my screen that after using icehud i have come to dislike.

With the recent 5.0.1 pro i tried using the hud built in, and it works but i just got too accustomed to the layout i used in icehud.

Is there a way to alter the hud, or even make it to where it can be customized like Icehud to allow for moving of the health race, and cast bar so they are up and down like the screen cap shown below

Even a command that we can use to disable the hud until hud skinning is available would be better than renaming or deleting the hud folder from nui.

Recurring theme... everything can be customized... EVERYTHING. It just needs someone to do it. The files in question are [ Interface > AddOns > nUI > Layouts > Default > HUDLayouts ] which have to be hand edited until I can get the GUI layout tools written.


Ummm... click the red button until it says "No HUD" ???

lol i have done that before but i use Tradesbar and put it there where the button usually is. its really no big deal, just thought i would ask. :-)

my motto is if you don't ask you never know, the worst that could happen is i get a "no" answer lol

So its all good. i can easily just rename the folder to Hud.Bak as i have been doing :-)

Why do you need to rename the folder?

Just click the button to set it to NO HUD and you won't have a HUD. I don't see the point. What am I missing?

just keeps me fro accidentally clicking the button. personal perference is all. im weird :-)

Quick question: Is there a way to raise and lower your HuD?

Short of editing the code... no... but that's definitely something to put on the to-do list.
