Does anyone know what addon is this?



It's like a action bar but is dynamic, it hides the spell that's in cooldown.

That might be raven, showing/hiding buffs. If not, i'm not sure...weak auras?

It's not buffs/debuffs, its just his skills but they doesn't act like a action bar.

It could be a Weak Auras dynamic group set to show cooldowns & available abilities.

It's also entirely possible to set the opacity of a real action button based on the cooldown -- you can't actually hide the button, but you can make it 100% transparent, so you can't see it. It's still "there" though and you will get it if you click in the "empty" space. I vaguely recall there being an addon that did this, years ago, but I don't remember what it was called.

Tested it, it's a weak auras setup to monitor cool downs specifically set up for a Disc priest (which coincidentally is what I play)
