Replacement skill not working normally

Usually I can get the cooldown of a replacement skill by using GetSpellCooldown() on the original (the skill that is replaced). However, this is not the case with the Retribution Paladin skill "Blade of Wrath".

Also, for the same skill, IsSpellInRange() seems to always return false.
