Looking, mob or class type over name box.
 

I cleaned out all my add ons when the patch came out but forgot to write down the name of a little addon. It puts a little box over the the life/mana bar box of whatever it is I have on target. In the screen you see mage over the top of his name.

I believe that is CTMod's CT_UnitFrame's "show class" feature.
