Rested XP marker in wrong place

I have a tiny, tiny issue. Sorry. :-(

This was on 5.07.18 but didn't notice it until tonight. It's still there after upgrading to 5.07.19.

The marker that points out the end of your rested XP is not "wrapping" properly if the rested XP goes beyond your current level. Here's a cropped pic from my level 11 guy.
