Restoring from a recovery file
Hi all,
I'm so excited to come back to wow and see that this project is still being maintained! After following the directions and installing the latest version (10.0.9), I'm having trouble restoring from my old RDX_recovery.lua file. Debugging -> Open ErrorDialog gave me this: Interface\AddOns\RDX\ObjectMgr\Install\Recovery.lua:139: bad argument #1 to 'pairs' (table expected, got nil) Stack trace: ----------- Interface\AddOns\RDX\ObjectMgr\Install\Recovery.lua:139: in function `DeleteThemes' Interface\AddOns\RDX\PanelMgr\ClassicMenuBar.lua:160: in function <Interface\AddOns\RDX\PanelMgr\ClassicMenuBar.lua:160> Also, some menu items aren't responding to clicks (possibly related?) Settings -> launch theme installer Settings -> uninstall themes Favoris Guide explorer Warehouse Combat UIEvents I'm runnning this on a clean install with no other addons or saved variables loaded. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It's probably not a factor, but It's worth mentioning that I do play wow using wine/linux. In two years of playing this way I've never had trouble with an in-game addon. |
What version of OpenRDX is you're recovery file from?
I am not sure on the compatibility between the different versions. But the above question may help in pinpointing the issue. |
Hello
Welcome back, unfortunately, RDX_recovery is not working with RDX10. The file system has changed and it is not possible to integrate it. Now if you absolutely need it, send the package to me and I will see if I can convert it to a virtual disk for you Best regard |

Thanks Sigg. Is there still a way to create and save my own UI? I really enjoyed being able to customize my own before. I don't mind starting from scratch. |
