OK, there is a mod, calle dnecrosis, it lest you talk in dmeonic, but only to your party, i woudl REALLY liek it if osmeon emade one for tlakign dmeonic in any form of chat, somoen pleas help me! :D :D :) :)

A .rar file is like a .zip file. You have to extract it. You can get a trial version of WinRAR here.
