An idea
 

I haven't found anything on this, but is it possible to have a frame texture animated? An example would be fire at the bottom of the minimap.
Any direction on this would be appreciated.

i know villianUI uses alot of animation i use Weakauras2 to add fire etc popping and background on my mainbar when im casting, some with diff colors and styles depends on class :)
