So are Blizzard working on updating WoW UI for high resolution screens?

I was away from 8.0 and now I come to complete 8.1 and 8.2 quests and story. And I noticed that some UI elements like window frames are now a bit different and have better resolution, did you guys notice this too? Any information from Blizzard about HD UI for 4K screens?
