Best way to monitor party members combat status

What event would be best to use for party member in/out of combat?

COMBAT_LOG_EVENT
COMBAT_LOG_EVENT_UNFILTERED

Only thing I can think of is this... :O I couldn't find anything else that would maybe relate to that.
