How interesting (MMO-Champ leaks new expansion info)

Wonder how much of this is gonna turn out correct for the new expansion?
I guess we'll just have to see.
According to others though, the guy making the post, Boubouille hasn't been wrong before.

He's been wrong. Just not wrong most the time. ;P

Akryn 08-15-09 05:28 PM

Most of that stuff is just things that people said would be in WotLK a couple years ago. It would be awesome, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was completely made up.

septor 08-15-09 06:09 PM

While he may not be wrong often, I wouldn't place any bets on the content released.

I, taking into consideration that everything posted is true, will be saving out the money to buy the next expansion. Not because of the new races or class/race combos, but because there won't be any new continent to "explore" and I'll only, regardless of the work involved, have to gain 5 levels to see all the content they do add in.

I have a serious problem with playing for long periods of time. In fact, I only just (a few months ago) got really serious into the end game WotLK content that was pushed live on release.

If this seriosuly happend OMFG , i would be the most happiest person ever .
there is so much stuff in the old world that needs to be finish and this will kick so much ass if it happends :D :D:D

The level cap is BS, and they only other information that has any grounds for "duh" is the Azeroth revamp, that's been in talks since BC.

Edit: EFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF, they gone and done it.

Playable worgen rumours have been "leaked" since before BC was formally announced. I'm half-surprised that I didn't see yet another Ashbringer rumour in there too :p Less than a week from Blizzcon at this point, so we'll all know more soon enough, I suppose. I'm having fun talking about the info with my guildmates, but it's all taken with a grain of salt until we hear it from the proverbial horse's mouth.

Yhor 08-16-09 05:57 AM

If the Worgen information is correct, as written in the article, it looks like a Druid alternative for other classes in respect to shape shifting. Very intriguing indeed. I just wonder if I'd still be playing WoW if this (alleged) xpac came before Wrath (I suspect I'd be logged in right now if it had been). I just wonder what the flavor (class) of the month will be first... I'm sure the nerf bat will be swinging swiftly in the name of PvP for this (originally) PvE designed world.

Meh, enough of my griping. The content of the article actually looks pretty good... if it's true.

One of Boubouille's sources is the "Something Awful" forum. Hmm. Not reliable if you ask me

Folji 08-16-09 06:57 AM

It's a really bold move, making a post like that without any official sources.

Suppose we'll all get to know for sure what the next expansion has to bring coming weekend, during BlizzCon.

Doesn't get any better by how it's not exactly flagging itself as speculation, and there are people who'll believe all they find on mmo-champion without a second thought for themselves. :p

I seriously want to watch the release for once. :3. I missed the BC release, due to me not playing yet. I missed WotLK release because I was in the hospital for an open heart surgery.

I cannot wait to see a Thousand Needles to become a Thousand Isles o.o

I wish! o.o.

So anyway. So...if Cairne is slain by another horde leader, what would be the excuse? That the leaders were hungry?
