How do I install a Mod that is composed of folders?

I've noticed that on some bigger mods, it is comprised of a few folders before dividing into files. How do I install these types of mods? I tried making a new folder under Interface/AddOns with the Mod name and placing all the folders into it but it is not working. What am I doing wrong?

P.S. I looked through the Read Me post by Cairenn at the WoW forums, but I don't quite understand it.

as in ? try giving an example of one such mod.

but if its like coodowncount or bibmod, justput all the forlders in the addons folder, dont combine them, they are actually different mods that comprise a whole.

e.g. CTMod composes of 10+ folder

All it means is that you created the \World of Warcraft\Interface\Addon folder, and put all those 10+ folders into there.

You *DO NOT* have to create a \World of Warcraft\Interface\Addon\CTMod, and if you have put that 10+ folders under there, it won't work either.

Every single folders related to any single mod, or mod packages is required to be placed in \World of Warcraft\Interface\Addon.

Hope this help.
