UI Improvements:

4 new action bars totaling 48 action slots

Chat bubbles

Quest tracker

Group loot - rolling on a "bind on pick-up" item now brings up a confirmation dialog

Dang, I was gonna start working on a potion belt but I guess I won't need to with this new feature that's in the works.

Yay! Quest Minion! That's one thing I suggested a bit ago to be added within the default UI.

The additional hotbars are nice. Wonder how configurable they will be though. Plus, will they use on of the current 1-6 bars or will these be 7-0?

I imagine they'll be option buttons you can use in the interface. You'd go in and toggle the buttons you want to use, for example they might have potion ui, spell UI, macro UI etc to hold specific types of buttons and you toggle the ones that you want. I don't think theyll be draggable, but then again they might be draggable and even horizontal/vertically resizable.
