How do I reset the location of the navigation arrow?

So, I accidentally dragged the navigation arrow off the top of my screen. I can see the arrow, but the anchor I need to click in order to move it is completely off the screen, so I can't move it. How would I go about resetting the location of that arrow, or just setting it to the center of the screen?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

/carb resetwin should do it. That will also reset your other carbonite windows to their default locations.
