Not showing quest locations
 

Not sure what to do but all I have installed is Carbonite Maps and it isn't showing quest locations. Is this a known issue? Is there a fix? Without Carbonite showing quest locations this addon is kind of useless.

Install Carbonite: Quests module.

Thank-you that did work did but the addon is too buggy. When it stopped zooming in and out I uninstalled.

What was zooming in and out? I know that question is weird, but, I was wondering if you combined Blizzard's minimap with Carbonite's minimized map and Blizzard's minimap was constantly zooming in and out. That is normal behavior, and the only way to "stop" it is to right click Carbonite's minimized map, and choose "Minimap..." in the menu. Then when the "Minimap..." menu opens, go to the "Transparency" slider (it's the first one) and set it to "0.10" (it's easy to do - you can adjust the sliders in Carbonite using the mouse wheel. just highlight the slider and roll the mouse wheel). Doing that should take care of the problem for you (if that was it, that is).
