Spell School types
 

Does anyone know of any spells that use the Froststorm and Shadowstorm damage types?

all i could find was a pet chimera spell that used froststorm

anyone know of anything else?

None that I know of. If I remember correctly with the chimaera ability, it's actually triggering two spell effects via a server-side script (one nature, one frost) rather than being a single "froststorm school" spell. I would have to look at a combat log to be sure, though, and I don't think I have a chimaera in my hunter's stabled pets right now to test it (I don't player my hunter often).

any hunters that read this able to confirm what school the combat log says for the chimeras

FWIW, Wowhead lists it as Nature damage .

that is true, but wowhead also lists frostfire bolt as fire, while the combat log says frostfire damage
