Compare addon? (like the shift function)
 

I'm looking for an addon that'll give me the shift mouseover function any time I mouseover gear in my inventory. What I mean is, I mouseover a chest armor, it automatically shows me the chest armor stats I'm wearing beside the chest armor in the inventory as if I held down shift.

...if any of those mod might have the functionality for this already.

I gave pawn a try... maybe I'm doing something wrong but when I mouseover an item in my inventory I'm not seeing it's stats and the stats of the item I have equipped side-by-side, I still have to hit shift for that and I don't want to do that, I always want to see that information.

Open the Character windows (C) and make sure the Pawns button is displayed there (lower right). If not then it may not be installed properly. You should definately get the side-by-side display when mousing over an equipable inventory item.

You could always simply type /console SetCVar("alwaysCompareItems", "1") into chat.

It's there and I get the side-by-side when I mouseover quest rewards, just not inventory items.

I don't think Pawn does this. Unless its a setting somewhere, it should just show the score and percent upgrade in the item's tooltip.
