weakaura that im trying to make
 

I want to make a weakaura target percentage, but i want it only to popup at 27% and remaining of the fight until 0%, and i want to put it on top of an icon so i want it to be visible, i managed to create a percentage but it was full 100% and couldnt make it to pop at certain percent. but also another issue i had is when i put that 100% on top of the icon, it wasnt clear and visiable, even tho i changed the frame strata and tried everything, thanks
