Raid Control Bar

Is there any way to move the Raid Control bar at the top of the screen? I love the features it has but would love to have it closer to the minimap / left side. If that isn't possible, is it possible for me to remove it completely?

To disable: /realui > Advanced > Advanced Settings > Modules > Raid Utility
