Fishing Bobber

hay im looking to change my fishing bobber, I have looked in the data files.. But with no luck i didnt see anything on fishing.. Im useing Win-mpq to open the files. if anyone knows whee to find this let me know? thanks guys =)

That depends. If he's replacing it with a rubber duckie, how could that possibly be an unfair advantage? If he's replacing it with a maritime buoy, well, that's different.
