search/request emotes and res messages

looking for an addon that does custom res messages and heal messages like speakinspell.
and something that will pull random custom /emotes like
/emote desends into the SPARK maddness place
/y FOR SCIENCE
/emote Reminds everyone that any plan where you lose your hat is a BAD plan

anyone have any ideas
