Hide players Guild, Realm and Titles

Hello, I would like to have an addon that hide players Guild, Realm and Titles above their heads. Can someone please make that? Thanks.

The following settings are included in WoW:

/console UnitNameGuildTitle 0
/console UnitNamePlayerGuild 0
/console UnitNamePlayerPVPTitle 0

There is no setting to hide the server name.

There are several nameplate addons available that will alter friendly nameplates to just a floating name in text, but those addons do not work in instances.
