Real UI Inventory Bug
I updated the WoW Hotfix and updated Real UI 2.2.8, after which I began receiving the following bug. First it occurred when I was opening my bags, then it occurred when I was doing the World Quest [It's Raining Sparkles]. it threw an error every time I used one of the two "Lady Moonberry" abilities. The error also occurred when interacting with items on the group during World Quests, quest objectives being awarded and going into my bags, gold being received or spent, and randomly during combat while attacking and killing mobs.
Is this due to the WoW 9.0.1 libraries that are in the Real UI update but not currently on the Live servers until 9/0/1 drops? Code:
x28 RealUI_Inventory-2.2.8\Filters-Filters.lua:119: attempt to index field '?' (a nil value) |
Cargbags was replaced back in June. Do you still have it selected in you addons list?
2.2.0 - 2020-06-23 Modified AddOns cargBags_Nivaya has been replaced with RealUI_Inventory nibRealUI nibRealUI_Config RealUI_Skins Changed Options frame is now more fault tolerant Minor tweaks to the bindings reminder Fixed Error when opening the options frame Color picker was not usable |
Yeah, I don't have Carg bags, it's Real UI Inventory. The error shows that it's Real UI Inventory as well.
I accidently label the topic for this thread as "Carg Bags Error" when it was actually a "RealUI Inventory Error". My apologies for the confusion. |
Todays RealUI Inventory error is shorter but occurs under the same circumstances as the previous error from yesterday.
Code:
x2 RealUI_Inventory-2.2.8\Filters-Filters.lua:119: attempt to index field '?' (a nil value) |
My bad, I hope you find a fix

No worries, I hope I find a fix too. The constant errors are annoying.

Could you DM me a copy of your RealUI_Inventory saved variables file?
