Are you using the latest release, from curse? What other addons are active?

i'm using the latest version from github and i've had this exact problem for quite awhile. I use quite a few addons, so not sure what else would cause this. Using no other map addons though.

The guilty one (as far as I can tell) is _NPCScan.Overlay.

Renaming or deleting the AddOns\_NPCScan.Overlay\Modules\Carbonite.lua file should solve the problem until it is fixed.
