Possible WoW issue with 3.0

Not real sure what's going on, but I just upgraded to 3.0 from 2.59.

I triplebox and the only addon I updated today was Carbonite to 3.0.

I play on two separate machines, one runs two instances of WoW, the other one. The first is a Vista 64 box, the 2nd is XP.

In the past two hours, both boxes have had WoW freeze completely on all three instances. I'm going back to the 2.59 version to just see if that makes a difference, but since Carbonite was the only item updated, and it was a pretty major update, I'm looking into it.

I'm guessing a memory leak, but who knows. Each character has different addons and different configurations, so it was very strange that they just began freezing today.

There is a 3.01 update which supposedly fixes this.

That is some other problem then, like overheating, computer in need of rebooting, game data problems or addon conflict.

What version of Carbonite were you using before?

Try deleting Cache folder and renaming WTF to WTFold and test it.
