Nice addon first off.

I can't seem to find in the options where I can change the background color of the quest log detail page.

I think if you right click the frame it will let you change the color.

Could not find an option to do so when right clicking. Does anyone know if this option is even available?

The tan background color of quest details cannot be changed. I think you are the first to ever ask.
