Please move _MiniBlobs to Outdated Mods

Could a moderator please move _MiniBlobs to the Outdated Mods category? 4.3's default UI includes minimap blobs standard.

sorry for hijacking the thread: Could a moderator delete RemoveJournalMapButtons?

4.3's default UI includes an option for toggling it now so it's kind of obsolete now
