REQ: Auto low health/mana voice emote

I used to use Cosmos before the WoW patch, now I have issues with it. My favorite feature was when my char was low on health and or mana (both numbers I could set) they would do a voice emote for low health and low mana, I really miss this feature.. Any suggestions????
