weapon swap macro for latest patch

Can someone please show me a macro for weapon swap. I'm a rogue and would like to switch sword/main hand to dagger/main hand and vice versa. I had one which used one button to switch them back and forth while fighting. Please help.

/equipslot 16 means you want to equip that weapon to your offhand.
/equipslot 15 is for main hands I think. Not too sure, but try it out.
