if you are using Dominos you should be able to shift+click to move the buttons, other than that Mazzle used Bongos which is the precursor to Dominos.

as far as huds, I use ArcHUD2 and it can be hid when out of combat.

Have you checked to see if that is a part of antagonist? You should be able to check out the settings by using Niagra on your Fubar. Check under the combat section for antagonist settings

this issue was talked about in another thread. The solution that was found was to disable Lib: Ace2 (or Ace2) Then you'll be able to resize [your chat frames] again.

That is actually a setting in Fubar that you can change. Right click on Fubar and that brings up your options panel. Click on Tooltip and uncheck the box next to Hide in Combat... now your tooltips...
