those timer bars covering ur enemy health bars...

those timer bars covering ur enemy health bars are actually Capping not bigwigs. to show Capping anchor so u can move it type /capping

The Fatality noise is coming from bugsack....

The Fatality noise is coming from bugsack. Everytime you get an error you will hear "Fatality." You can easily disable this sound in the Bugsack options.
