Yeah, I play with "no HUD".
If those are only displayed in the HUD, I'll make do and keep looking for another addon that can show those things in a bar somewhere.

I can't seem to figure out how to show what BUFFS an enemy target has.
nUI displays DEBUFFS on my targets just fine.
I've dug around on the various forums here but haven't found anything, but I might...
