Everyone with and without Carbonite experiences...
Everyone with and without Carbonite experiences steep drops in FPS in their garrisons now and then. For me, when that happens, I just exit the game and log back in which sometimes improves my fps....

Some of the modules haven't been fully updated,...
Some of the modules haven't been fully updated, so Rythal didn't update the .toc files. So, until all the files have been updated the version number will remain v6.2.
So it's all good, and Carbonite...
